        Recently, the Xuchang Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government commended the advanced collectives and advanced individuals who have made arduous efforts and made positive contributions in the three-year establishment practice, and awarded the Hengda Group the honorary title of “National Advanced Unit for the Construction of Pilot Water Ecological Civilization Cities”.

        In recent years, Xuchang City has promoted the construction mode of “Water-saving, , Pollution Control, Standard Construction,and Strict Management, and Mutual Benefit Sharing” with ecological guidance as the core, which has provided beneficial benefits to the establishment of water ecological and civilized cities in water-scarce regions in the central and western regions. The exploration has set a good example for the whole country and successfully passed the joint inspection and acceptance of the Ministry of Water Resources and the provincial government with high scores. It has become the first pilot city in the province and the second in the country to pass the acceptance check.
