According to the 《Regulations on the Management of Credit Rating of Xuchang Real Estate Development Enterprises》issued by the Xuchang Municipal People’s Government and《 the Notice of the Regulations on the Implementation Rules for the Management of Credit Rating of Xuchang Real Estate Development Enterprises》issued by Xuchang Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau,Xuchang The Municipal Real Estate Development Association conducted a credit rating of real estate development enterprises in 2018-2019 for hundreds of real estate development companies registered in Xuchang City and Jian'an District.
