In order to improve the legal knowledge level of staff of group member unit, enhance legal awareness, stronger legal idea, and realize ”study the law, understand the law, abide by the law and apply the law”and better protect the right of enterprise, the group organized special training of legal practise on June, the 23rd and over 60 staffs of group headquarter and member units participated in this training.

Training lecturer: Director Lawyer Hou Fang of Henan Zhuotong Law Office

In this training we invited director lawyer Hou Fang of group legal consultant unit --Henan Zhuotong Law Office as lecturer. Mr. Hou firstly introduced history and situation of civil and commercial law of our country nowadays; then he explained knowledge of contract signing, reviewing and performance in civil and commercial activities, and combined with characteristics of enterprise management, emphasized issues of contract risk prevention. He dissected these issues from aspects of reviewing of credit standing and respectability of contract parts, feasibility of content of contract and details of breach and termination clauses, at last, compliance awareness and risk awareness were enhanced through Mr. Hou’s disassembling and analyzing of specific cases.

Through interacting with trainees, Mr. Hou raised understanding and memorizing of training content of everybody, and plenty of practical cases made the study more accessible. This training is easy to understand, of harmonious interaction and expected effect was fully achieved.
