On the afternoon of July 22, five leaders, including Qu Junzhao, deputy director of Xuchang Public Security Bureau, Yang Yanying, political commissar of Legal Detachment, Lan Dong, deputy director of Weidu District Public Security Bureau, and Wang Dong, director of Beida Police Station, went to Hengda Group for investigation and had a discussion with Chairman Li Xiaobing and Vice President Cao Hongwei.
