On August 25-26, Hengda Group launched a special investigation activity for the centralized project procurement. Lin Kui, Vice President of the Group, led the personnel of Budget Management Department, Brand Management Department and Bidding and Purchasing Department to conduct field investigation on the decoration works of marketing centers of completed projects, as well as model rooms and the landscape of demonstration areas.

The research projects mainly include: Jiu Xi Mansion, Lan jun and Xi jun in Xuchang City; Xi jun and State Guest House in Yanling; Yuzhou Binhe Mansion, Jin jun and Xiangcheng Xi jun, etc. The contents of special investigation are mainly the decoration works of marketing center and model room, the decoration design of demonstration area landscape, construction standards, product standards, etc. During the investigation, we discussed and summarized the good practices and shortcomings of each project carefully, laying a solid foundation for the Group to carry out centralized procurement and deployment of projects in the next step.

In the future, Hengda Group will replace the previous decentralized procurement method of single item with single category with centralized procurement. In accordance with the principle of "specialized division of labor and process operation", we will reduce procurement frequency and cost, promoting the further specialization and standardization of procurement standards.
