Recently, the China Real Estate Association issued the document "Decision on Announcing the Credit Evaluation Results of Real Estate Development Enterprises in 2020" (China Real Estate Association [2020] No.123). Hengda Group was rated AAA, the highest credit rating in the real estate industry, becoming one of the two real estate enterprises in Henan Province that were rated AAA, and the only real estate development enterprise in Xuchang that received this honor.
