On the morning of March 23, Nuowei Zhang, member of the Standing Committee of the Weidu District Committee and Executive Deputy District Mayor, and Jianghui Chang, the deputy district Chief, went to the Hengda Jinhui Plaza commercial project site for investigation and guidance, accompanied by Hengda Group President Zhenfeng Wang and Vice President Guomin Li.
