On the morning of May 1, Su Kaiqiang, director of the Dongcheng District Administrative Committee of Xuchang City, led the leaders of Dongcheng District's environmental protection, fire protection, pollution prevention, construction, emergency management and other relevant functional departments to the Hengda Dongcheng Garden Project site. They investigated the safety production and environmental protection management work on the construction site during the May 1st period. During the investigation, the group president Wang Zhenfeng and Dongcheng company general manager Lu Jianchao accompanied him.

At the project site, Director Su Kaiqiang and his entourage listened in detail to the report on the development and construction progress of the Dongcheng Garden project, as well as safety production and environmental management.
