The group held its 2025 work conference on the moning of January 11th. Attendees included Hengda Group's founder Li Dongfa, Chairman Li Xiaobing, President Wang Zhenfeng, as well as over 60 mid-to-high-level managers from the group headquarters and various companies.

The meeting began with a report on the completion status of the group's operating indicators for 2024, followed by an announcement of the operating indicators and assessment methods for 2025.

Then, President Wang Zhenfeng delivered a summary report of the group's 2024 performance and outlined the key work priorities for 2025. He also signed the "Target Responsibility Agreement" with the heads of each company.

Finally, Founder Li Dongfa of the Group delivered an important speech. He first expressed full recognition and appreciation for all employees' hard work and the hard-earned achievements in 2024. He then emphasized the key priorities for the group in 2025, which include sales, engineering, operations, investment attraction, procurement, research and development, indicator assessment, ensuring payments, risk management, project reserves, and aligning property management services with the standards of Pang Donglai to achieve excellence. Li Dongfa expressed his hope that all Hengda employees would continue to strive and work diligently to fully accomplish the 2025 work tasks, building on the achievements of 2024.
