Hengda·Xiangfu (formerly the original county committee) project is another masterpiece of Hengda Group in Xicheng District. It consists of Weiwudi Square, Xuzhou Mansion, Chengxiangfu and surrounding residential areas，it is located in east of Qingxu Street. , west of Weiwudi Square, north of Cultural Street, south of Jifang Street. The project was undertaken by Xuchang Hengda Real Estate Company,Dr. Chang Qing, the head of the Department of Architecture of Shanghai Tongji University, served as the chief designer and was carefully crafted over 18 months. Combining the architectural characteristics and living habits of the Central Plains, he integrates the essence of the courtyard culture, and it is an excellent combination of the organic combination of Caowei culture and modern courtyard culture. The building is simple and clear, sturdy and majestic, and beautiful in its rough. The unique “grey” environmentally friendly ceramic tile, the original wooden fence, the dark green aluminum window and the double scissor slope design perfectly interpret the modern “grey” architecture. The personalized landscape design and group structure make the life philosophy of “small courtyard, family, neighbors and shackles, safe and comfortable” advocated by the courtyard culture vividly reflected.
